Ingredients:
Thick Poha 1 cup
Jaggery-1/2 cup grated
Cardamom-1/2 spoon ground powder
Ghee-3 table spoons
Apricots-6-7 sliced thinly
Nuts and raisins -1 spoon each.
Warm water1 cup.
Method:
In a pan take 1 table spoon of ghee and roast the poha until crisp.
Now dry grind the roasted poha for 2 to 3 seconds to a coarse rava consistency.
Heat a table spoon of ghee and add the coarsely ground poha and then add the warm water and cook for about 2 to 5 mins on low heat.
Add the apricots, nuts and raisins.
Add the jaggery and the remaining ghee and mix well.
