Sheera poli

Whenever I have leftover sheera I heat them and make small balls of them and knead a soft dough of wholewheat and roll them into small Chapathi.put a sheera ball on a Chapathi and slowly cover the sheera ball with the roti and roll them into a

Chapathi.

Now on a medium flame cook the sheera poli or chapathis on both sides.

You may smear it with ghee or enjoy it as it is..
