Oats and Sesame ladoo’s for the Diwali theme.

A nutritious,healthy and tasty one…

Oats-1 cup(Roasted and coarsely ground)

Sesame 1/2 cup(roasted and coarsely ground)

Powdered sugar-1.25 cup(preferably brown sugar)

Ghee-1/2 cup

Nuts and raisins -1 table spoonful each

Cardamom powder-1/2

t spoon.

Method:

In a kadai heat the ghee and add the roasted and coarsely ground Oats and Sesame powder until you get its lovely aroma. Then allow it to cool.

Next mix the powdered sugar, nuts and raisins and the cardamom powder. Mix well and make ladoos.

Very nutritious and yummy ladoos.
