Mango Shrikand:
Ingredients:
Hung curds-1 cup.[Using full cream milk(1 litre) set the curd and using a strainer or a cloth separate the whey from the curds]
Alphonso Mango-1
Sugar-2 spoons(optional)
Method:
Chop the mangoes and blend it in a mixie to a paste along with the sugar.
Transfer it to a bowl and add the hung curd mixture.
Mix well using a hand blender and the mango shrikand is ready.
Refrigerate and enjoy the chilled Mango shrikand.
