Dry Fruits Burfi(sugar free)


Figs(Anjeer-)-1 small cup

Cashew nuts-1cup


Raisins-1 cup

Cinnamon powder1/4 spoon(small)

4-5 dates

Milk-1/4 cup

Ghee-1 table spoon

Dry grind the dry fruits and transfer it to a kadai .Add a little ghee and keep stirring until a ball is formed. Add about 2 table spoons of milk powder and keep heating on low flame until the mixture leaves the sides of the pan. Now put the mixture into a plate on which butter paper is lined. When it’s slightly warm cut into pieces.
