This is a colourful dessert enjoyed during Christmas.
The light tangy jelly flavours along with the creamy milkmaid makes it a perfect desert after an heavy Christmas dinner.
Different flavours of jelly can be used to make it more colourful.
Red jelly(Strawberry flavour)-1 pkt
Yellow jelly(Pineapple flavour)-1 pkt
Condensed milk-3/4 cup
Gelatin -2 t spns(unflavoured ) soak the gelatin in warm water and keep aside.
China grass-2 inch piece, cut into small bits and soaked in warm water.
Prepare the jelly as per the instructions on the pack.(dissolve the contents of the packet into 1 cup hot water and mix well and pour it into a flat container and allow to set in the refrigerator.
Cut into bits and chill them.
Follow the same with the other flavour.
Now take a saucepan and add milkmaid and the remaining water.
Heat it on low flame and add the gelatin or the China grass which had been soaked in warm water.
Mix well and allow to cool.
In a flat container arrange the two coloured jellies and then pour the boiled mixture over the jellies.
Allow to cool and then refrigerate for about 4 hours.the glass jelly is ready.
