Pumpkin-1/2 cup chopped and steamed.

Curds-1/2 cup.

Red chillies-2(dry)

Cumin-1/2 spn

Coconut oil-1 son.

Salt as per taste.


Take a bowl and mash the steamed pumpkins with a spoon or fork.

Add salt and the beaten curds.

Mix well and season it with cumin and cut chopped Red chillies in a spoonful of coconut oil.
