Milk powder 3 Table spoons
Milk 1/2 litre
Rose syrup-1 spoon
Brown sugar-2 spoons
Rose petals -1(of one rose)finely chopped.
In a pan take some brown sugar and on low heat let it caramelise and then add the milk to the pan and keep stirring until it starts to thicken, as it boils add the milk powder and using a whisk mix it nicely.in about 10 mins the mixture will thicken. Now add a tea spoon of rose syrup and mix well. Allow to cool and refrigerate it.
