Tofu Parathas

Ingredients

Tofu grated-100 gms

Wheat flour-1 cup

Oil or ghee 1 tbl spn.(for kneading the atta)

Chopped coriander leaves 4-5 sprigs

Green chillies -2(chopped or crushed)

Ginger- small pc(chopped or crushed)

Jeera pdr-1/2 spn

Chilli pdr-1/2 spn

Coriander seeds pdr-1/2 spn

Less than 1/2 katori hot water(to knead the atta)

2 pinches of garam masala(optional)

Salt to taste

In a bowl mix all the above ingredients except water using light movements.

Slowly add enough water and make a soft dough and keep it covered with a moist cloth for about 20 t 30 mins.

Make small pedas n roll them into parathas and roast them on medium heat.Smear a little ghee on both sides.

Can have it with butter and pickles or chunda and curds.
